NO ! If you don't like his messages , just don't read it ! I think it's
the wrong way to create a censorship here just because one person doesn't
praise the GUS.
I think there is some truth in his message. Why don't accept other
opinions than yours?
If nobody would criticize the SDK Doc , Forte would perhaps not see the
point.

Lars

Now let me get this straight. Your whole purpose was to teach me a lesson?
Didn't work because I don't even know what you're talking about, heh!
Frustrations in life? Damn right. Went from 77oF yesterday to damn near
50 today.
> Sorry for wasting bandwidth,
Yeah, right. What exactly is it that you wanted to say? To tell you the truth,
the only thing _I_ don't know about the patch format is the exact times/
amplitudes of the AM and FM LFO values. I've got what sounds realistic (I can
say that Forte has changed the values since the 1.00 patches) and have the
high-end values (all that are documented) right-on. I could probably do without
the "missing" tables in the 2.10 SDK. In other words, I'm 99% patch-complete.
I'd expect just about everyone else is about 99% patch-INcomplete. Man, if I'm
99% complete and I'm the only one that seems to want to get complete
satisfaction (for a measly 1%), what is it with the rest of you?
For those not trying so hard to be PC, but are trying hard to program the GUS,
keep an eye out for&*%^*(^#
ZIP. I'll have it at an ftp site sometime this weekend.
